Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online payment refund/cancellation policy

Payment made online by clients is only refundable under the following conditions

1. Payment made by mistake against a wrong account. Amount will be adjusted against the right account when we receive a notification via email or phone call on our registered email id and phone number. No amount will be deducted if we receive the notification within 24 hours. After 24 hours have passed we will deduct the amount based on the number of days utilized and adjust the balance amount in the correct account.

2. Payment error occurred during payment procedure and double/triple payment transferred in Softnet’s account. If we receive the payment twice or thrice in our account the same will be refunded within 24 hours via the same medium that we received it. After we process the refund it may take upto 10 days to reflect in the customer's account.
